Polenta chips with greens !

Polenta “chips” with greens 

Cook your polenta according to the packet instructions, and add green cabbage to it, salt and pepper. Once cooked transfer to a big tray and let it cool. Once cooled cut into chips , transfer into another tray, drizzle with olive oil and cook for a few minutes in high heat until crispy.
Stir fry parsley, spring onion, garlic and cabbage. Add a bit of salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil, if needed add a bit of water.

“Batatas fritas” feitas de polenta com vegetais verdes 

Cozinhar a polenta (farinha de milho) de acordo com as instrucçoes, adicionar, sal, pimenta e couve cortada aos pedacinhos. Quando estiver cozinha colocar numa travessa grande e quadrada e deixar arrefecer. Quando estiver durinha e fria, cortar a polenta em batatas fritas grossas, colocar noutra travessa de ir ao forno, colocar um bocadinho de azeite por cima e levar ao forno bem quente durante uns minutos ate ficar meia crocante.
Cozinhar bastante salsa, cebolinho, couve galega, e alho num bocadinho de azeite durante uns 5 a 8 minutos, se necessario colocar um bocadinho de agua para ajudar na cozedura. Tempero q.b. Bom apetite!
