Waste not! Almond pulp cookies

This are the cookies I make with the almond pulp (milk leftovers) I didn’t measure the ingredients but it was like this : pulp of a handful of almonds, 1 handful of cocoa nibs (raw) 1 handful of oats,1 tablespoon of sweet freedom, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cooked for 15m at 180 C If you want really sweet cookies add more sweetener.

Estas foram as bolachas que fiz com a polpa de amendoa que sobrou de fazer o leite. Aproximadamente polpa de uma maos cheia de amendoas, 1 mao cheia de cacau cru em pedacinhos ( ou pepitas de chocolate), 1 mao cheia de aveia, 1 colher de sopa de adoƧante natural, 1 ovo, 1 colher de chƠ de manteiga de amendoim e 2 colheres de sopa de azeite. Cozinhar a 180C durante +/- 15m. Para uma bolacha mais doce adicionar mais adoƧante

Comi um gelado gigante, foi uma pausa no sem lacticinios eheh
