Dairy free diet + breakfasts

So I decided to go dairy free and wheat free for a while as my skin is not very good lately and this 2 foods are quite inflammatory. So my go to breakfast will be oatmeal, made with oats and quinoa and cooked with ginger and orange tea. Topped with all sorts of fruits, seeds and nut butters. What are you not eating?

Decidi nao comer trigo e lacticinios durante um periodo de tempo para ver se a minha pele melhora e tambem tenho tido alguns sintomas de intolerancia com o trigo. Por isso o meu pequeno almoco do dia a dia sera papas de aveia e quinoa, com toppings diferentes, dependendo do que tenho por aqui. Cozinhei estas papas com cha de gengibre e laranja. Muito bom O que nao estao a comer? E porque?
