Healthier versions of old favorites! Portuguese fish cakes

Baked portuguese fish cakes (same recipe as before) and baked plantain Heat the oven at 190C and bake bothe the fish cakes and plantain (with olive oil, salt and pepper) for around 30m. We had this with a huge salad. –> Just a healthier version as it is not fried.

Pataniscas ( a mesma receita de outro post) mas quiz fazer no forno, em vez de fritar. O sabor é o mesmo, por isso algo a repetir mais vezes, agora que é saudavel E fiz tambem no forno banana pao que adoro, mas que por norma é frita! Para acompanhamento uma salada bem grande. Bom apetite x
