Banana and pineapple cake/ blondies :)

So excited, got my food processor today, so of course I spent the _whole_ afternoon cooking, more than 4 hours eheh, anyone enjoys cooking like this? Please let me not be alone on this šŸ˜‰

Pineapple and Banana cake (blondies), so moist and fruity #sugarfree #dairyfree
Ingredients:
-1 pineapple ; 2 eggs ; 100grs of spelt flour ; 100grs of regular flour ( you can play a bit with the flours here) ; 1 teaspoon of baking powder ; 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk ; 25ml of oil ( any, I used pure sunflower) ; 50ml of honey (or other natural sweetener).
For the banana part : Fry 3 bananas in coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
Add all the cake ingredients in a food processor, until smooth. Grease and flour a tray, put in first the fried banana and add the batter. Cook for 45 minutes at 180 C. If you don’t have a food processor hand blend the pineapple and just do the rest as any cake. Don’t panic as the cake is very moist, pudding like almost.
