Homemade raspberry jam so yum :)

Homemade raspberry jam (because my other half eats too much of it and I just had to do a healthier version of the shop bought one , so easy! 400g of fresh raspberries + 1 vanilla bean (or extract) a small amount of water + 50g or less of sweet freedom ( or other natural sweetener)50g of chia seeds and the juice of half a lemon. Cook slow during 40m and crush with a fork, so yummy!! If you do it with strawberries you won’t need any sweetener. ❤

Conserva de framboesa caseira ( porque o meu come demais, e por isso tive que criar uma versao mais saudavel). 400 gramas de framboesas + um bocadinho de agua + 50g de um adoçante natural como o mel, agave ou sweet freedom + 50gramas de sementes chia + 1a vagem de baunilha (ou extracto) sumo de meio limao. Cozinhar em lume brando durante 40m e esmagar com o garfo! Tao simples e tao melhor que a conserva das lojas Se usarem um fruto como o morango, nao serà necessario adoçante. 😀

Use it on wholemeal toast. I’m currently loving it as my porridge topping 🙂
