Breakfast – homemade granola and lots of good things :)

My breakfast this morning : homemade granola (with lots of seeds, oats, raisins and courgette) with half a banana, 1 mandarin, frozen red fruits, flax seed,sesame seeds, poppy seeds, organic whole yoghurt, sweet freedom and cinnamon lovely!! ❤

O meu pequeno almoço hoje foi granola feita em casa ( com muitas sementes,aveias, courgette, passas ) com iogurte inteiro biologico, com meia banana, 1 tangerina, frutos vermelhos congelados, linhaça, sementes de sesamo, canela, adoçante tipo mel, agave ou sweet freedom,sementes poppy! Maravilhoso 🙂
