Gluten and dairy free chocolate and raspberry cake!

Beautiful cake , recipe from the course Im making at naturopathic college of london – cooking for health .

2 cups of raspberries (berries) frozen or fresh
1/4 coconut oil
1/2 cup cocoa powder
5 free range eggs
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/4 cup of honey/ sweet freedom /agave nectar
1/2 baking soda

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
If you use coconut oil you have to melt it first and let it cool.
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, when everything is combined put the dough in the baking tin and bake for 45m , keep an eye on it, mine took around 60m.
